<aside> 👉🏽 Think of it like a "unique fast-track MBA for venture capital" for extraordinary leaders. Included VC is the first of its kind global fully funded Fellowship for individuals from overlooked & diverse communities — something about representation in society

Mission: To diversify and change the face of the VC industry, dramatically increasing representation and maximising fund success by transforming networks, staff, deal flow and investments; creating effective multi-generational change.

Typically, the VC industry is a closed network for white, male, cis individuals (and we want to find those individuals that don’t always who don’t know we exist). We do this by working with 40+ Community Partners (diverse tech orgs: ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic, LGBTQ+, refugees, disability, etc) globally to spread the word & fulfil our larger mission: to dramatically increase diversity within VC.

Over 85% of those Fellows that were actively looking for a role have broken into the venture capital ecosystem globally – from Asia to Europe to North America.

Who do we Partner with currently?

We Partner with over 40 organisations globally such as the Like Minded Females (LMF) Network, W Lounge, Black Valley, The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network (TERN) among others to help create awareness of paths to Venture Capital careers for underrepresented communities around the world.
